Andy's Bratwurst is an Australian-owned German food business based in Perth, Western Australia. Established in 2006, Andy's specialises in the provision of tasty, nutritious, and high-quality bratwurst sold and served at small and large events and festivals; private and corporate events; and food delivery. Each bratwurst is gluten and preservative-free and made from local produce to strict German standards and recipes. Vegetarian options are available. Other menu items comprise pork belly, onion cake, cabbage salad, pretzels, apple strudel ... and many more traditional favourites. Drinks and other festival favourites, such as hot chips, are also available. Andy's mainstay is the provision of affordable catering solutions: imagine your own Andy's cook coming to your workplace or home and setting up a council-approved pop-up cooking facility and/or food van and then cooking for you and your friends, staff, or customers. Catering prices start from $17 per person for a bratwurst served with pan-fried onions and sauerkraut in a bread roll with German sauces along with freshly made German potato salad. BioPak plates, forks and napkins are included, if required. Minimum serve for staff attendance and service is 60. Fewer order quantities can be delivered and/or one staff member may assist event host with service. Staff may turn up in traditional costume, if requested. Andy’s is a low waste food provider.
